It’s being a long wait since January when we were confirmed as a host club for Féile Peile 2018. The subsequent national draw in March paired us with the winners of the Tyrone Grade 3 competiton, and last Friday evening Beragh Red Knights were confirmed as champions for the second year running.
Beragh is a small rural village, approximately 8 miles east of Omagh and has a proud GAA tradition. They have won two junior and two intermediate championships in their history and were awarded AIB Club of the year in 1979 and 1981. Their fine grounds also boast a thriving handball club and community facility.
Clonard GAA would like to congratulate Beragh on their Féile success and greatly look forward to extending a warm welcome to their players, families, and supporters, on the weekend of 29th June.
Comhghairdeas, agus táimid ag tnúth le fáilte a thabhairt duit uile.
